Shipping/ Return Policy

Order Processing

 

As of May 1st 2014, all orders are currently experiencing a total turnaround time of up to 10 days until further notice. Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique will only ship to Confirmed paypal addresses.
Due to an increase in fraudulent purchases, we are not able to change or switch addresses under any circumstances. The billing and shipping address must match in order to avoid any potential fraudulent activity.

If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We do not offer reimbursement for missed hair appointments.


Product Availability

We will contact you immediately to find out if you would prefer a substitution or a store credit if for any reason any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order. 

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. 


Return policy 

No Refunds, All sales final unless product is proven to be defective. At Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factories in Brazil, India, Peru, and Malaysia. Everything goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

If you feel that your products are defective Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique will be happy to take your exchange within 3 business days if bundles have not been opened or tampered with. In order to initiate a defective claim/exchange please contact Customer Service. If bundles has been opened we will not be able to give you an exchange on the hair due to government regulations.


Custom Wigs

There are absolutely no exchanges or returns on customs wigs.

ANY CUSTOM WIG ORDER WHICH IS PLACED WITHOUT HAIR WILL BE CANCELED IF HAIR IS NOT PURCHASED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ALL MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED LESS A 15% CANCELLATION FEE.


Cancellation

Cancellations are not available.


Exchanges

From time to time, Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:


Product is proven to be defective. If you feel that your products are defective contact Customer Service. Requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product(s). Any exchange request after 3 business days will not be honored.


We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.

According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.


Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.


You must send the product back to us with a tracking number in order to process the exchange.

In order to process an exchange the defective product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product is proven to be defective we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.


Shipping

Once the ordered products have been delivered to the address specified on the order, the Customer will assume risk of the products. Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique will not be held liable for undelivered parcels if the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address.

We bear no risk once the order has left the Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique warehouse. We are therefore not liable for any order being lost by third parties, but Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique shall forward a claim to the carrier on behalf of the customer. If the customer receives the products in a damaged state, he has the right to have his order replaced. The request to exchange has to be made within 3 days and the goods need to be returned to Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique together with their original packaging.

Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique has the right to refuse any exchange application and the decision is at the discretion of the management of Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution.

 

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery once the order has left our facility. International orders are shipped via USPS International which takes approximately 7-10 days once the order has left our facility. All orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation.
Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your item on time. We do not offer reimbursement for missed hair appointments because of delayed shipments on the part of the carrier.


Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If  your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at Info@NevaeHairExtensionsBoutique.com. If you happen to have FREE shipping your order may be delayed. If delayed we will contact you as soon as possible. 


Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.The customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to refuse to sign for goods if they believe that a parcel has been tampered with. Nevae Hair Extensions and Boutique will forward a claim to the carrier on behalf of the Customer. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.


If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NOREFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.


Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately 855-886-4247. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. 


Policy Changes

 Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.


Limitation of Liability 

Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique International will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.


Copyrights, And Other Rights

Images of people or places displayed on the Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Nevae Hair Extensions Boutique.
